01Try before you buy
Daily current affairs are free to read, and every post has free practice MCQs. Please check the plans page to see exactly what each plan includes before you pay.
02Refund policy
Plans give instant access to digital content. Once a plan is activated, the payment is not refundable, in full or in part. Refunds are given only in the cases listed above, such as a duplicate payment or a payment that did not activate your plan.
If a payment failed but money was debited, it is usually returned to your account automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us.
03How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment, from your registered email address.
- Include the order or receipt number (from My Account), the payment date and amount, and the transaction ID or UTR from your bank or UPI app.
- We check the payment with Razorpay and reply with our decision.
04Refund timeline
An approved refund is made to the original payment method — the same card, UPI or bank account — usually within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. When a refund is made, the plan linked to that payment ends.
05Cancellation
Plans are one-time payments and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges. Your plan simply ends on its expiry date. If you stop using a plan before it ends, it stays active until then, but the unused period is not refunded.
06No transfers
A plan cannot be moved to another account, email address or person, and cannot be exchanged for a different plan.
