01Acceptance of these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and WebSankul Private Limited, which runs WebSankul Current Affairs (the website and the related apps, together “the service”). By using the service you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our refund & cancellation. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Who can use the service
The service is for students preparing for competitive exams. If you are under 18, you may use it and buy plans only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
03Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
- An account and its plan are for one person. Do not share your login or let others use your plan.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shares paid content, or shows signs of misuse or fraud.
04Plans and payments
- Reading current affairs is free. Paid plans unlock extra features such as PDF notes, the daily and custom quiz, and an ad-free experience; each plan's page lists what it includes.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- A plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period that starts when the payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically.
- Plans cannot be transferred to another account, email or person.
- We may change plan prices and features for future purchases. Changes do not affect a plan you have already bought.
- Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation.
05Content and copyright
All posts, translations, MCQs, PDFs, images, design and software on the service belong to WebSankul or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Government documents linked from posts belong to their publishers.
You may read, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, republish, sell, or share our PDFs or paid content in groups, channels, websites or other apps without our written permission. Sharing a link to a post is always welcome.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or copy content with bots or automated tools, or use the API without a key we issued;
- try to bypass payments, access paid content without a plan, or break the security of the service;
- upload malware, or send abusive, unlawful or misleading content to our support team;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell any part of the service;
- use the service in any way that breaks Indian law.
07Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep every fact accurate (see our editorial & sources policy), but the service is provided “as is”. Always confirm important details — such as exam dates, eligibility and official notifications — on the recruitment board's website. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop any feature. Read our disclaimer for more.
08Third-party links
Posts link to government and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
09Limitation of liability
Using the service does not guarantee selection in any exam. To the extent the law allows, WebSankul is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — such as lost marks, opportunities, data or income — arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in question.
10Indemnity
You agree to compensate WebSankul for any loss or claim caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
12Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update. Questions or legal notices: [email protected], 311, Shalin Galleria Complex, 3rd Floor, Sangeet Circle G-1, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382006, India.
